This recipe is so easy, it’s almost not even a recipe! Super easy and healthy and the kids always ask for seconds.
One cabbage, cut into 1/2 inch thick rounds
Basil pesto (I used Classico brand)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place cabbage rounds on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush each round liberally with pesto. I used over half the jar for the whole cabbage. Bake for about 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender and delightfully golden. This recipe also works great with cauliflower.
