Low Carb Philly Cheesesteak Wrap



1 lb ground beef

1 tbsp olive oil

1 small onion, sliced

1 green pepper, sliced

1 tbsp cornstarch

3/4 cup beef broth

1/3 cup A-1 steak sauce

1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning

Sliced provolone cheese

Butter lettuce



Brown ground beef in a large skillet, drain fat and set aside.  In same pan, add oil and sauté vegetables about 5 minutes until soft.  Return beef to pan.

Whisk cornstarch into beef broth.  Add steak sauce then pour mixture into pan with beef.  Simmer about 10 minutes until sauce thickens.

Serve on lettuce and top with cheese if desired.
