Low Carb Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts ( about 1 1/2 lbs)

8 oz cream cheese (room temperature)

1 packet ranch dip mix

5 strips bacon, chopped

 

Directions:

Sray slow cooker with non-stick spray.  Place chicken in slow cooker and pour dip mix over chicken.  Cook on low for 4 hours.  Take chicken out and shred it with 2 forks.  Place chicken back in slow cooker, add cream cheese and bacon.  Stir together.  Cook another 30 minutes.  Serve on leaves of Butter lettuce.
