Flourless Crust Pepperoni Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 6 oz low fat cream cheese, softened at room temperature
  • turkey pepperoni slices

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Beat eggs and cream cheese together.  Cream cheese must be room temperature to mix correctly.  Add garlic powder and any other desired spices.  Spread parmesan cheese in the bottom of a 9 x 13 casserole dish coated in cooking spray.  Pour egg mixture over the parmesan cheese and bake 15-20 minutes.

Once ‘crust’ is done, take it out of the oven.  Add pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.  Bake another 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted.  Enjoy!

    I haven’t done this before at my Pizza Restaurant, but this looks pretty good!

      I would love to have a flourless crust pizza option at a restaurant!
