Slow Cooker Balsamic Steak

  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless New York Strip Steak
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes or crushed black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  1. Cut steaks into thick strips and place into slow cooker. In a 2-cup measuring cup, mix together all remaining ingredients. Pour over meat and set the timer for your slow cooker. (3-4 hours on low)
  2. Once meat has cooked, remove from slow cooker with tongs into a serving dish. Break apart lightly with two forks and then ladle about ¼ – ½ cup of gravy over steak.  Absolutely delicious when served with my mashed faux-tatoes!  (You can find that recipe on my blog as well).  Enjoy!
