- 1½ lbs Lean Ground Beef
- 3 Cloves Garlic
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ½ tsp Pepper
- 8 oz Velveeta Cheese- Cubed (or more, depending on preference)
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 1 Onion- Finely Chopped Onion
- chopped dill pickles (optional)
- Brown beef in a skillet with onion, garlic and seasonings.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add milk, then slowly add Velveeta cubes.
- Once cheese is melted, add chopped pickles.
- Serve it with a side salad and you’ve got a delicious, low carb meal!
