Deconstructed Cheeseburger Casserole

  • 1½ lbs Lean Ground Beef
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Pepper
  • 8 oz Velveeta Cheese- Cubed (or more, depending on preference)
  • 2 Tbsp Milk
  • 1 Onion- Finely Chopped Onion
  • chopped dill pickles (optional)
  1. Brown beef in a skillet with onion, garlic and seasonings.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add milk, then slowly add Velveeta cubes.
  4. Once cheese is melted, add chopped pickles.
  5. Serve it with a side salad and you’ve got a delicious, low carb meal!
