Snow Peas Medley

Take 4 cups snow peas and mix in 1/2 cup matchstick carrots. Saute mixture in 1 tbsp olive oil for a few minutes on medium high heat. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup chicken broth, 1 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp cornstarch. Pour sauce in saute pan, stir in mixture and continue cooking until sauce thickens for about 2 minutes.
