Craving something sweet, but trying to be ‘good’? This will make you think you’re cheating, but it’s low calorie, healthy and easy! I always keep ripe bananas in my freezer.
Take one ripe banana (I like them with brown freckles, they are the sweetest), slice it and place in freezer. Once frozen, place it in a food processor and blend. I like my ice cream to be creamy, so I add 1 tbsp milk and blend. And that’s it! Tonight I decided to add some shredded coconut. Yum and yum!
