Craving something crunchy and healthy? Kale chips are healthy and easy to make. Serve these as an appetizer and watch them disappear. The best part is that the kids love these!
Take about 4 cups of kale. Wash and dry them very well. They have to be dry or they will turn out soggy. Remove stems. Tear kale in to pieces and place in a bowl. Drizzle one tbsp olive oil on leaves along with a pinch of salt. Toss leaves to coat. Place leaves on cookie sheet. Bake at 325 for about 20 minutes until they are nice and crispy.
