Green Bean Alfredo

Take one pound green beans, snap off the stems and break in half. Steam or boil until they start to get tender. Drain well. In a saute pan, heat a little oil of choice, add 2 minced cloves garlic. When the garlic turns golden, add 6 oz cream cheese and 8 oz heavy cream. Stir frequently until cheese is melted and well blended. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup parmesan cheese. Put beans in an 8 x 8 dish, pour mixture over the beans. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
