Cook 10 oz ground turkey for about 5 minutes, then add 1 tsp italian seasoning, 1/4 cup diced onion and 2 cloves garlic. Once turkey is fully cooked, add 8 oz cream cheese and 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, add salt and pepper to taste, continue cooking until cheese is well blended. Cut one pound of mini peppers in half, lengthwise and scoop out seeds. Stuff each pepper with mixture. Coat cookie sheet with non-stick spray, cook at 350 for 25 minutes.
