Pecan Crusted Chicken

Take 1 1/2 cup pecans and crush them in food processor until fine, add 3 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp paprika, salt and pepper to taste. Cut 3 chicken breasts in half and tenderize until they are all similar in thickness. Dip each half in egg wash, then lightly coat in pecan mixture. Place chicken in a greased 9 x 13 glass baking dish, bake at 375 for approximately 45 minutes.
