Take one head cauliflower, break into chunks, and boil until tender. Drain well and set aside to cool. In a large bowl, mix 1 tbsp Italian seasoning, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes, 2 large eggs, 2 oz softened cream cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Mix in cooled cauliflower. Puree mixture with hand mixer until well blended. Spread mixture on a greased cookie sheet about a 1/2 inch thick. Bake at 425 for about 25 minutes. Cut bread sticks into strips, turn over, and put them back in the oven, broil until desired crispness (approx 3-5 minutes). Serve with marinara sauce to dip if desired.
