‘Breaded’ Cubed Steak

Grind about half a 3 oz bag of pork rinds, mix with 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning.  Dip cubed steak in egg wash, then coat in ‘breading’ mix.  Heat oil of choice in frying pan (I used olive).  Cook on medium high heat approx. 6-8 minutes per side.
