Protein Mocha (breakfast on the go!)

Craving something sweet and frothy?  This cocoa will fill you up and satify your sweet tooth.  Take 3/4 cup boiling water, one egg, 1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1/4 tsp vanilla extract, 2-3 packets of Stevia, blend in Vitamix until smooth and frothy.
