Warm brussel sprout salad with bacon

Shred 2 lbs brussel sprouts using a large, sharp knife. Cut bacon into small pieces and saute until crisp. Add 1-2 tbsp olive oil and 4 cloves of garlic, minced. Saute a couple minutes, then add brussel sprouts, sea salt and pepper to taste. Saute on medium high heat until tender crisp, approx 5 minutes.
